Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Products purchased on sale or promotion may not be eligible for exchange (unless defective).
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number and reason for exchange.
Our support team will guide you through the process.
Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product delivered was defective or incorrect, TABCUTOM will cover the return shipping charges.
After we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing your exchange.
