Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-refundable (unless defective or wrong item sent).

Provide your Order Number and reason for refund.
Once approved, you will need to return the product to our return address.
After inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or wrong product was sent).
