1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-refundable (unless defective or wrong item sent).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items bought on discount/sale

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for refund.

  3. Once approved, you will need to return the product to our return address.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or wrong product was sent).
